The following, which advanced to third reading from the March 28,              
1994, calendar (page 3022), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 300(JUD)                                                
"An Act relating to civil liability for commercial recreational               
activities; and providing for an effective date."                              
                                                                               
Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
300(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of             
considering Amendment No. 1.                                                   
                                                                               
                                                                               
Objection was heard and withdrawn.  There being no further objection,          
CSHB 300(JUD) was returned to second reading.                                  
                                                                               
                                                                               
Amendment No. 1 was offered  by Representative Ulmer:

Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so

Representative Nordlund moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
CSHB 300(JUD) am be returned to second reading for the specific

by plane, bus, boat, vessel, or other legally regulated mode of                
conveyance of the participant by the commercial operator"

Amendment No. 2 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Representative Hudson objected.
